This stems from the fact that this structure is what dictates in what direction business can go. Also, it dictates how quickly they can go in that direction. For example, if a business has the goal of expanding to a new market, the amount of financial backing they have will determine when they can do so when it’s most efficient or if they can do it at all. This is just a small example of the many processes the financial structure of a business dictates.
