Earn 4% cash back in the first 6 months on the no fee SimplyCash Card from American Express

Today we see American Express boost the introductory welcome bonus on their great no fee cash back credit card, the SimplyCash Card from American Express. As of today the welcome offer jumps to 4% cash back on all purchases (up to $200 cash back) for the first 6 months. Typically the offer is 2.5% for up to $150 total in cash back before the card reverts to its standard earn rate. That standard earn rate is 1.25% cash back on all purchases. This is one of the highest standard earn rates for a no fee cash back card in Canada. Many of this card’s competitors struggle to even earn 1% cash back on purchases so this is definitely something to take into consideration if you are looking for a no fee cash back credit card. Overall the combination of the 4% cash back welcome bonus combined with the 1.25% everyday cash back earn rates makes this card one of the strongest no fee cash back cards in our market right now.
