Here’s your Rewards Canada Daily update! Your daily dose (or near daily dose) of loyalty program, credit card and travel news, bonuses, deals and more. The limited 10% cash back welcome offers for the Tangerine Money-Back Credit Card and Tangerine World Mastercard® have been extended to October 4 after being slated to end today. The offer is the same for both cards which is 10% cash back on all purchases up to $1,000 ($100 cash back) made in the first two months of having the card. Image via Tangerine— Sad news for those of us holding to the legacy Diners Club Club Rewards Mastercard! It looks like Diners Club has also lost access to Plaza Premium lounges just as Priority Pass did in July. When I go to Diners Club airport lounge locator now none of the Canadian Plaza Premium lounges show up nor do ones in the U.K. or Hong Kong. They are only showing 7 lounges in Canada now. This is really unfortunate for this card (And all those other cards in Canada that have Priority Pass access) and I am sad that BMO has not done anything for the Diners Club brand in North America since they took it over years ago…
