Sam let us know that they received a letter from Scotiabank letting them know that their Scotiabank American Express Card will accepted at IGA stores in Quebec as of October 2022. Historically, most IGA stores in Quebec have not accepted American Express (some have though) and while the letter states acceptance of the Scotiabank Amex I would be led to believe this means all Amex cards will be accepted at IGA stores in Quebec.
