Air Canada offering up to 20% off Aeroplan award flights booked by December 28 or 15% off cash fares

Air Canada’s Aeroplan has revealed a Boxing Day award flight sale! If you book Aeroplan award flights between today and December 28, 2021 for travel until June 30, 2022 you can save up to 20% in the number of points required. I ran through a dummy booking on the site and I didn’t see any tags or wording that showed 20% off and there is no promo code required so I am assuming the discount is simply automatically added in the prices that are displayed. It does appear that you will get the Preferred Pricing discounts as well from being an Aeroplan co-brand cardholder and/or elite member. If you don’t want to redeem points and want to buy a revenue ticket instead there is a promo code that provides up to 15% off all base fares within North America and select international destinations. NOTE: When I click through to the offer page from the email and also on the Air Canada home page it only brings up the offer for U.S. residents (which is 25% off flights to Canada) and I even have the Air Canada site set to Canada-English (and the URL has en-ca in it)…
AIR MILES Shops Boxing Week deal – Earn 10x miles site wide for your online shopping

If you haven’t had enough of online shopping just yet then this week is another good one to get some done and rack up some bonus miles. AIR MILES is offering 10x miles site wide on AIR MILES Shops purchases made by December 31. As long as your purchase meets the minimum requirement for earning at least 1 AIR MILES Reward Mile you’ll receive the bonus. Then remember to earn the retailer’s loyalty points as well by logging in once you are that retailers site (ie Indigo Plum Rewards) and then use your miles or points earning card for the purchase such as the American Express AIR MILES Platinum card or the BMO AIR MILES World Elite Mastercard.
