20% bonus when you convert Marriott Bonvoy points to Air Canada Aeroplan pointsFor the first time since 2019 we see a Marriott transfer bonus being provided by Air Canada’s Aeroplan! Until the end of the month you can choose to convert your Marriott Bonvoy points to Air Canada Aeroplan and you’ll receive a 20% bonus. The bonus kicks in when you convert at least 3,000 points from Marriott but ideally you’ll want to convert in 60,000 point increments if you can the earn the additional bonus that Marriott provides. This is the second hotel transfer bonus for the Aeroplan program this month as Coast Hotels is offering 3x points when you convert Coast Rewards points to Aeroplan. Marriott Bonvoy points convert 3 to 1 to Air Canada Aeroplan which means converting 60,000 points would net you 20,000 Aeroplan points however when you do convert that amount Marriott will provide an extra 5,000 Aeroplan points (they state it as 15,000 Marriott points) so that you end up receiving 25,000 Aeroplan points. Top off that 25,000 points with this limited time 20% bonus and you’ll 30,000 Aeroplan points for every 60,000 Marriott points converted…
