Carpathian Gold Inc. (TSX:CPN). Miner. Up one cent, or 66.67 per cent, to 2.5 cents on 12.8 million shares.
Legacy Oil + Gas Inc. (TSX:LEG). Oil and gas. Down four cents, or 1.50 per cent, to $2.63 on 9.9 million shares.
Cequence Energy Ltd. (TSX:CQE). Oil and gas. Up four cents, or 4.76 per cent, to 88 cents on 4.6 million shares.
Bombardier Inc. (TSX:BBD.B). Aerospace, rail equipment. Up four cents, or 1.59 per cent, to $2.56 on 4.6 million shares.
Toronto-Dominion Bank (TSX:TD). Bank. Down 61 cents, or 1.09 per cent, to $55.37 on 4.2 million shares. The bank reported a seven per cent decrease in second-qaurter net income. But stripping our one-time items, including a $337-million restructuring charge, adjusted earnings were up nearly five per cent to $2.2 billion, or $1.14 a per share, beating analyst expectations by three cents.

OTTAWA – By the time a potential client walks into bankruptcy trustee Andre Bolduc’s office, they have generally reached the end of their financial road, unable to pay their debts.
They have exhausted all the other possibilities including, consolidation loans, restructuring their budget or even getting a second job, leaving them with two options.
A formal consumer proposal to creditors or bankruptcy.
“Both of them will stay your creditors and give you relief from your creditors,” said Bolduc, a senior vice-president at BDO Canada.
The most common route for those in dire financial straits is the consumer proposal.
Under the proposal process, debtors strike a deal with their creditors to pay a portion of what they owe over a period of up to five years. Creditors will often agree to proposals because they will end up getting more than they would under a bankruptcy process.
The proposal process also makes it easier for you to keep your house which you may be forced to sell in bankruptcy…

Tillys Inc., down $3.22 to $9.78
The clothing and accessories retailer reported better-than-expected profit, but its revenue and outlook disappointed Wall Street.
Rally Software Development Corp., up $5.94 to $19.45
The cloud-based software and services company is being bought by CA Technologies for about $480 million in an expansion move.
