The following updates and changes to Aeroplan Elite Status are being sent to Air Canada Elite members today. Good news for all members is the extension of eUpgrade credits by a couple of weeks and not so good news for non-Canadian members in that they lose the 50% fewer Status Qualifying Dollars requirement. Here are all the details Air Canada provided to us: eUpgrade ValidityTo ensure members can more easily upgrade their travels over the holiday season, going forward, we are extending the validity date on eUpgrade credits by two weeks, from December 31 to January 15. This extension will also apply to unused credits earned over the course of 2021 and will be reflected in member’s eUpgrade account by the end of November. 2022 Membership KitMembers will only receive a new membership kit for the coming year if they achieve a higher status than they currently hold in 2021. Otherwise, they can continue to use their 2021 luggage tags, and access their membership card via the Air Canada mobile app…Top 5 Small Business Credit Card Sign Up offers for October – These cards provide the best value out of their welcome bonuses

As always when choosing a card you should always take other factors into account other than the just sign up bonus, but when some of these cards are first year free, they can and do pay off even when you grab them strictly for the sign up rewards. This month we see three first year free cards on the list! And remember this list is based on minimum value towards travel which we calculate as the minimum value of the welcome bonus less the annual fee. It is entirely possible to receive more value out of the welcome bonuses on all of these cards since they earn Aeroplan points or Marriott Bonvoy points – both of which can provided some huge outsized value rewards! Here are our top 5 small business credit card sign up offers for October:American Express® Aeroplan®* Business Reserve CardMinimum value: $1,051In the first year with this card you can earn 90,000 Aeroplan Points and a Bonus Buddy Pass…
