Do You Have Enough March Break Travel Insurance?

March break is here and with it comes the first real opportunity to get away. Before you board your plane or drive across the border, don’t forget about the importance of travel insurance; 41 per cent of Canadians say they’re concerned about needing medical attention when travelling, according to BMO Insurance.
The BMO study also found that just 62 per cent of Canadians purchase the appropriate travel insurance to ensure they’re fully insured. For the remaining 38 per cent, not having travel insurance in place could be a huge mistake as the cost of medical treatment outside of Canada is incredibly expensive.
